The #TK1BigChange

What's your #TK1BigChange? Join our brand-new Screentime Challenge to help make some changes in our digital diet. We all know we need to!!

So show us you can change a digital habit for seven straight days. Take a break from social media. Dumb down your phone. Don’t scroll when eating.

To play along, pick a #TK1BigChange from the list below. You can record yourself during the Challenge or right afterwards, talking about your #TK1BigChange and the space this change created for you. Instead of ake a walk, stretch, connect with the loved ones in your life.

Tell us how it worked -- or how difficult it was! Even better, do your #TK1BigChange as an entire family and see how you each experience the change differently! There’s a Bonus Round below too!

On Tuesday December 8th at our semester-ending holiday party, Transitions, at the TCA, the audience will vote on the best #TK1BigChange entries for a $100 prize.
